使用OCT和IVUS观察变异型心绞痛1例

摘　　要：1病例资料 患者,男,49岁。因＂胸痛10d＂于2014-05-13入院。患者无明显诱因出现胸痛,位于心前区,呈闷痛,放射至左肩及咽喉部,每次持续十余分钟,可自行缓解,与活动无明显关系,每天发作2～3次。既往否认高血压、糖尿病史;有吸烟史30余年,1包/天。入院体检：血压106/64mmHg（1mmHg=0.133kPa）,心率70次/min,心肺体检未见明显异常。Summary Variant angina is characterized by spontaneous episodes of chest pain associated with ST segment elevation caused by coronary vasospasm. This case reports a 49-year-old man with variant angina. We did OCT in LAD and found some thin-cap fibroatheroma, macrophages,a large lipid core and a few thrombus. Thus, We concluded that atheroselerosis play important roles in the pathogenesis of coronary artery spasm and variant angina and thin-cap fibroatheroma.
