摘　　要：测量船测控通信系统包涵庞杂的专业基础理论、任务实践经验、技术总结文档等资料,急需对其进行信息化管理。首先,本文对该系统进行了需求分析;其次,对系统进行了详细设计;最后,借助Site Server CMS工具,利用.NET网络编程搭建了知识信息分类采集模块和知识答疑交流平台,最终构建了测量船知识百科系统,从而解决了测量船长期以来没有资料信息化收集和交流的问题。Monitoring and controlling communication system of tracking ship covers a large amount of complex materials that consists of professional theory, practical experience, task technology,summary document, whichis urgent toimplement theinformationization management. Firstly, this article carries on the demand analysis to the system Secondly, the system carries out a detailed design. Thirdly, with the help of NET networkprogramming, this p aperbuilts theinformatio n acquisition module and the ask-answerplatformbased onSiteServer CMS. The tracking ship information encyclopedia systemis accomplishedfinally, and itsolves the practicalissue thatthe trackingshiphasnoinformationgatheringandcommunicationphtform.
