略论拉萨民族节日文化的特点与功能及其发展趋势

摘　　要：拉萨的民族节日是民族文化的储藏库,汇聚了拉萨政治经济、生产生活、宗教信仰、文学艺术、体育竞技、社会交往、民族·心理等极为丰富的文化内容,是维系社会和谐的精神纽带和建设社会主义先进文化的宝贵资源。当前,中国各民族文化正处于一个大发展大繁荣的关键时期,全面系统地整理和研究拉萨民族节日文化具有重大现实意义和长远历史意义。拉萨民族节日文化具有区域性、变异性和集体性等三个方面的特点,并具教育群众、保护文化、调节民众身心、划分时间段落、增强交流、增进友谊等方面的功能和作用。The local festivals of Lhasa contain rich ethnic culture. It covers a wide range of political,e- conomy,production and life style,religion belief, literature art, sport competition, social life and national mentality. It maintains not only social harmony but also develope the culture of socialism. It is an impor- tant part of cultural development and cultural prosperity for ethnic groups in China. Therefore, sorting and researching local festivals of Lhasa in a comprehensive and systematic way has its important mean- ing both practical significance and long- term historical significance. This paper analyses the local festi- vals of Lhasa from three perspectives as regional,variability and collectivity,and demonstrates its roles and functions from mass education,protecting culture,adjusting mass＇s physical body and mind,dividing time period,strengthening communication,promoting friendship and etc. The author analyses its development trend and provides suggestions and strategies.
