摘　　要：目的探讨干细胞标志物CD44在胃癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法选取2008年1月至2009年12月间经病理证实的胃癌患者40例,采用免疫组化法检测胃癌患者肿瘤组织中CD44的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果胃癌组织中CD44阳性表达率为60.0%。CD44的表达与临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移及侵润程度相关,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 CD44在胃癌组织中异常表达,呈现高表达,且其表达与肿瘤临床分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移及侵润程度等紧密相关。Objective To investigate the association of stem cell marker CD44 expression with clinic pathological features in gastric carcinoma patients. Methods From January 2008 to January 2009, 40 patients with gastric cancer pathologically confirmed were enrolled into this study, expression of CD44 were detected by immunohistochemistry in gastric cancer, the association of clinical and pathological features with CD44 expressions were analyzed. Results The positivity of CD44 expression in gastric carcinoma was 60. 0%. CD44 expression was associated with clinical stage, tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and the degree of invasion, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion CD44 had high expres- sion rate in gastric cancer, and associated with clinical stage, tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and the degree of invasion.
