摘　　要：在分析大连市科技型中小企业融资现状和成因的基础上,构建了包涵企业创新能力、成长能力、财务能力和社会贡献能力为一体的科技型中小企业融资能力的综合评价指标体系,并提出解决大连市科技型中小企业融资难的体系框架和相应策略。At the first, the article analyzed financing current status and reasons of Dalian small-medium techno- logical enterprises. Then, we established comprehensive evaluation indexes system that includes enterprise innova- tion ability, growth ability, financial ability and social contribution ability.
