摘　　要：在对山西省规模以上工业企业技术创新能力进行比较分析的基础上,阐述了山西省在工业企业技术创新能力方面存在的工业企业研发活力不足、分行业研发投入不合理、地区自主创新能力差异明显、高技术制造业创新发展明显落后等问题,提出了加快提升工业企业技术创新能力的对策。Based on the comparative analysis on the technological innovative ability of Shanxi＇ s industrial enterprises above designated size, this paper expounds some problems existing in the technological innovative ability of Shanxi＇s industrial enterprises such as the insufficient R＆D vitality of industrial enterprises, the unreasonable industry classified R＆D input, the obvious differences of region＇ s capacity for independent innovation, and the obvious backwardness of high- tech manufacturing industry＇s innovation and development, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures for improving the technological innovative ability of Shanxi＇ s industrial enterprises.
