摘　　要：科学哲学的发展史是科学哲学从阐释科学"发现"走向解说科学"创造"的历史,它既是关于"发现"的科学哲学的衰落史,也是有关"创造"的科学哲学的发迹史。在科学哲学从"发现"走向"创造"的历史演变中,人们见证一种古老而伟大的科学文化的没落,正是这种日趋没落的真理本位主义科学文化提供了人类形形色色所谓"创造"的精神和物质的思想前提与基础。The history of science philosophy is such a history that the research core of scientific philosophy have turned gradually towards to the theory problem of scientific creation from which of discovery. It is both a decline history for the philosophy of scientific discovery, and a career-making history for the philosophy of scientific creation. People have witnessed the decline of an ancient excellent spiritual cultural in the historical transformation from talking about discovery of philosophy to creation It is the ideological culture of truth departmentalism that provides the moral and material basis of various creative achievements for the human beings
