摘  要:在对企业资源基础论(RBT)关于形成企业持续竞争优势(CSCA)的资源特征进行辨析的基础上,本文运用RBT探讨战略性社会责任行为(SCSR)与CSCA来源关系。研究表明,企业通过SCSR而形成的企业声誉与企业品牌、战略企业家精神、以董事和高管团队为主要代表的企业关键人力资本、企业社会责任文化等异质性资源是符合RBT关于CSCA来源要求的企业战略性资源。资源的组织性特征要求企业通过社会责任战略管理,寻求创造企业与社会共享价值的途径,将社会责任的履行由简单的成本承担和被动付出转化为可创造价值的企业资源,形成企业的持续竞争优势。Through analysis of sources of corporate sustainable competitive advantage on the basis of resource- based theory( RBT), this paper explores the relationships between strategic corporate social responsibility (SCSR) behavior and corporate sustainable competitive advantage sources. It shows that heterogeneous resources, including corporate reputation and corporate brand, strategic entrepreneurship, corporate human resource represented by di- rectors and top management teams, corporate social responsibility culture, are corporate strategic resources required by sustainable competitive advantage sources of corporate social responsibility ( CSR), CSR according to the RBT. This paper argues that by strategic management can be transformed from the cost into corporate resources and abili- ties, thus form corporate sustainable competitive advantage. This study enriches the literatures on CSR. It argues that SCSR behaviors are just doing well by doing good. The sustained competitive advantage is a visible result of the SCSR action and is owned by the firm exclusively , but is not the ultimate objective of the firm. The fulfillment of SCSR aims to settle the external social problems due to vironment, as well as their healthy and sustainable development. The study has clarified theoretical confusion of managers who are not sure how to benefit from CSR activities under the pressure of requirements of fulfilling social responsibility and providing social welfare. It also makes them clear that the practices of SCSR enable enterprises to capture and maintain sustained competitive advantages. It also points out the operable way for firms to obtain sustained competitive advantages through the practice of SCSR in this paper. In order to obtain and maintain sustained competitive advantages, it suggests that the firm should put a high premium on the selection of SCSR activities with certain purposes, which are coordinating SCSR with the promotion of corporate reputation and brand value, fostering the strategic entrepr
