摘　　要：目的:探讨NEDD9、CD44V6基因在乳腺非特殊性浸润性癌(NST)组织内的表达及意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学法分别检测50例乳腺NST组织、50例癌旁不典型增生组织及50例正常乳腺组织中NEDD9、CD44V6蛋白的表达,并分析其相关性及其临床病理特征。结果:NEDD9在NST及癌旁不典型增生组织中的表达率分别为76.00%及32.00%均高于正常乳腺组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CD44V6在乳腺NST组织及癌旁不典型增生组织中的表达率分别为82.00%及41.00%均高于正常乳腺组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);NEDD9及CD44V6在乳腺癌组织中的表达成正相关(r=0.346,P=0.027),且NEDD9的表达与乳腺癌的组织分型、淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05)。结论:NEDD9及CD44V6与乳腺癌的浸润转移密切相关,可作为判断乳腺癌预后的有效指标。Objective： To explore the expressions and significance of NEDD9 gene and CD44V6 gene in breast invasive carcinoma of no special type （NST） . Methods： Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of NEDD9 protein and CIM4v6 protein in 50 cases of breast NST tissue, 50 cases of atypical hyperplasia tissue adjacent to breast cancer, and 50 eases of normal breast tissue, the cor- related and clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed. Results： The expression rates of NEDD9 in NST and adjacent dysplastic tissue were 76. 00% and 32.00%, respectively, which were statistically significantly higher than that in normal breast tissue （P〈0. 05 ）; the expression rates of CD44V6 in NST and adjacent dysplastic tissue were 82.00% and 41.00%, respectively, which were statistically significantly higher than that in normal breast tissue （P〈0. 05 ） ; there was a positive correlation between NEDD9 expression and CIM4V6 ex- pression in breast cancer （ r = 0. 346, P = 0. 027 ）, NEDD9 expression was correlated with histological types and lymph node metastasis of breast cancer （ P〈O. 05 ） . Conclusion ： NEDD9 and CD44V6 are closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, and they can be used as effective indicators to predict the prognosis of breast cancer.
