摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定杜五液中芍药苷含量的方法。方法：采用HPLC测定制剂中赤芍的主要成分芍药苷的含量；色谱柱为C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm，5μm）；流动相为：乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液（18∶82）；检测波长：230 nm；柱温：30℃；流速：1.0 mL/min。结果：芍药苷在5.89～58.88μg/mL范围内线性关系良好（r＝0.9999），平均回收率97.07%～103.09%，试验结果RSD为2.20%（n=9）。结论：本法简便、准确性好，可用于杜五液的质量控制。Objective：To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Duwu Ye. Methods：HPLC was employed to determine the content of paeoniflorin in the preparation. The chromatographic column C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was adopted with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution（18∶82）as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm and the column temperature at 30 ℃.Results：A good linear relationship of paeoniflorin was obtained within the range of 5.89 ~58.88μg/mL（r=0.999 9）. The average recovery was 97.07% ~103.09%,RSD = 2.20%（n= 9）.Conclusion：The method is simple and convenient with a good accuracy. It can be used for the quality control of Duwu Ye.
