摘　　要：子宫内膜容受性是保证孕卵着床、胎儿和胎盘发育的重要环节,受多种因素的共同调节。给予子宫内膜容受性合理的评价和相应的改善措施以提高妊娠率,已成为国内外生殖医学界竞相研究的热点。本文分别从形态学、分子生物学、基因学及超声学角度对子宫内膜容受性进行综合评价。Endometrial receptivity plays a primary and important role in the process of nidation,embryonic development and placental mature,and is co-regulated by various factors. It has become a hot research area to give endometrial receptive a reasonable evaluation and the corresponding improvement measures to increase pregnancy rate in reproductive medicine at home and abroad. The artical make a comprehensive evaluation from the perspectives of morphology,molecular biology,genetics and ultrasound study.
