摘　　要："爱国、敬业、诚信、友善"高度概括和凝炼了社会主义核心价值观在公民个人微观层面的基本行为规范和具体道德要求。该目标与中国传统文化所倡导的理想人格一脉相承,与新时代我国公民的国家公德、职业道德、社会公德和个人私德相辅相成,是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的逻辑"基点"和价值"源点",是衔接和贯通社会中观层面的价值导向和国家宏观层面的政治理想的必要条件,是统一和实现国家、社会和个人价值目标的必由之路。＂Patriotism, dedication, integrity and friendliness＂ are the individual moral objectives of core socialist values and daily moral standards for Chinese people, which are not only deeply related to the ideal personalities that were highly valued in traditional Chinese culture but also attach great importance to and play fundamental roles in the cultivation and performance of core socialist values. These individual moral objectives are the origins of cultivating core socialist values, the fundamental factors of attaching the social development and political objectives, and also are the way to revitalize China and to realize the Chinese Dream in the great nationwide efforts to build socialism with Chinese characteristics.
