摘　　要：高级程序设计语言是目前我国高校计算机及其相关专业重要的入门课程,基础编程能力和编程思维的培养对后续课程的学习起着非常大的作用。通过对当代大学生的学习方式和学习需求进行调查,发现大多数学生希望可以利用闲暇时间随时随地进行学习,移动学习作为传统教学模式的补充可以满足学生们的这一需求。依据移动学习相关理论,以C语言程序设计课程为例,设计开发一个基于Android平台的移动学习平台,通过移动智能终端来拓宽学习者的学习途径,使学习者能够随时随地、方便快捷地进行学习。Advanced programming language is the important introductory courses of computer and computer-relevant majors in colleges and univer-sities, training the skills of basic programming and thinking about programming plays a very big role in subsequent courses learning. Through the investigation of contemporary college students ’ learning methods and learning requirements, what the most students want is that they can use the spare time to learn something anytime and anywhere,however, mobile learning as the supplement of traditional teaching methods can meet the requirements of students. According to the mobile learning theory, designs and develops a mobile learning platform, takes C programming language as example, broadens their learning ways and acquire knowledge easily anywhere and anytime by a mobile terminal.
