探究软件工程人才培养的校企合作

摘　　要：从软件工程专业的就业现状分析,讨论得出高校和企业都需要"校企合作";从企业和高校工作实践出发,讨论得出基于软件工程人才培养的校企合作需要政府保证"校企合作"的长效性,高校保证"校企合作"的创新性,企业保证"校企合作"的实践性。Analyzes the employment status of software engineering, draws the conclusion that both schools and enterprises need further strengthen bilateral cooperation. According to the practical experience, discusses ways to strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation based on soft- ware engineering personnel training, which need government to ensure long effectiveness, schools to ensure innovation, and enterprises to ensure practicality.
