摘　　要：随着社会的进步,技术对企业的发展与成功起着关键作用,技术战略和企业研发结构的重要性越来越显著。运用结构方程模型研究了技术战略的影响因素以及技术战略、研发结构、创新绩效与经营绩效之间的关系。研究得出,公司战略和高管创新倾向对技术战略有正向影响作用,技术战略对研发结构具有正向影响作用,研发结构对于企业创新绩效具有正向影响作用,创新绩效可以直接影响企业的经营绩效,创新绩效在研发结构对经营绩效的关系中起到部分中介作用。With the social development, technology is critical to the development and success of enterprises; technical strategy and enterprise R＆D structure become more and more important. This paper studies factors that influence the company＇s technical strategy and the relationship between technical strategy, R＆D structure, innovation performance and operating performance with SEM method. The results of this study are： the company＇s strategy and innovation tendency have positive effects on technical strategy; technical strategy has positive effects on R＆D structure; R＆D structure has positive effects on innovation performance; innovation performance has positive effects on operating performance; the relationship between R＆D structure and operating performance is partially mediated by innovation performance.
