摘 要:在计划行为理论模型的基础上,对其进行扩展,构建员工参与培训活动影响因素模型,经过实证研究,运用结构方程模型进行分析。研究证明,主观准则、知觉行为控制、感知支持通过参与行为意向的中介作用,对员工参与培训的行为有积极的影响,员工的态度对员工参与培训活动的行为有直接的正向影响。提出企业应提供有针对性和价值性的培训活动,为员工提供政策支持、资源支持和文化支持,来提高员工参与培训活动的积极性,进而提升培训活动的实效性。On the basis of theory of planned behavior model, it is extended to construct the model for factors affecting staff in- volved in training activities, and conduct analysis through empirical research and the use of structural equation modeling. The study proved that subjective norms, perceived behavioral control and perceived support, by participating in behavior intermediary role of in- tentions, have a positive impact on the behavior of the staff involved in training; employee attitudes have a direct positive impact on the behavior of employees to participate in training activities. It is proposed that company should provide targeted training activities with value, provide policy support, resources support and cultural support for staff to increase employee motivation to participate in training activities, and thus enhance the effectiveness of training activities.
