摘 要:由于堆料机的俯仰由大臂和油缸组成,发生故障,油缸在堆料机臂架的重力作用下突然收缩,将会发生机毁人亡的事故,因此堆料机的俯仰有着至关重要的作用。而堆料机俯仰由液压系统驱动,控制元件较多,控制较为复杂,国内对堆料机俯仰系统的研究较少,该文正是对堆料机液压系统做了充分的研究,也积累了堆料机俯仰故障处理的多种经验,在此与工程技术人员分享,使得新从事该工作的技术人员缩短掌握堆料机俯仰系统原理和处理问题能力的时间。Because the luffing mechanism of the stacker is composed of the boom and the oil cylinders, the cylinders can retraction under the action of gravity once with the luffing out of control. Therefore the luffing of stacker has a vital role. Because the luffing of the stacker is driven by the hydraulic system, whose elements are more and complex, domestic study of luffing system of stacker is relatively rare. So this paper have adequately studied the luffing system of stacker, also accumulated a variety of experience of luffing fault treatment of the stacker in order to share them with engineers and technicians. The new technicians engaged in the work can short the time to master the stacker luff-ing system principle and deal with the problem.
