苗木捆扎机收送带装置的设计分析

摘　　要：针对果园苗木捆扎作业的要求,对苗木捆扎机收送带装置的总体结构进行了设计,并根据实际需要对该装置的关键参数进行了选择对比。通过对收送带装置摆轮分机摆动角度的理论分析和实际参数的选择,使捆扎机的工作性能得到了一定程度的提高,并为进一步性能优化提供了理论依据和数据参考。For the work requirements of orchard seedlings strapping, the overall structure of feeding belt device for strapping machine is designed. And the key parameters of the device are compared and selected according to the actual needs. Through theoretical analysis and selection of practical parameters for the balance？ extension swing angle of feeding belt device, the working performance？ of strapping machine？ has been found a certain degree of improvement, and the design also provides the theoretical basis and data reference for further performance optimization.
