从文化传播角度试论针灸国际化发展中的问题

摘　　要：随着针灸国际化的深入发展,由中西方文化冲击带来的各种问题逐步凸显,目前主要存在两类问题:1)传统针灸的西化及自身文化淡化;2)知识体系差异造成西方国家对针灸不认可。同时作者提出,通过夯实国内中医文化环境基础、注重针灸的国际化传播方式等思路来应对目前的问题。Development of acupuncture worldwide has met cultural ‘shocks’between Chinese culture and the western cultures. There are two main categories of issues：1）traditional acupuncture culture has become less of its original Chinese features and more of western culture.2）Difference of knowledge system between East and West become an obstacle of acupuncture accept-ance.In order to solve these problems,we should enhance the domestic cultural environment and pay more attention to the mode of transmission in foreign countries.
