摘  要:设计合成了一种新型含磷的水溶性三足体衍生标题化合物,用红外光谱、差热-热重、元素分析及连续摩尔比法对其结构和组成进行了表征和分析,确定了三足体衍生物与苦味酸铕形成了1∶1型配合物Eu(pic)3L。综合运用紫外-可见光谱、循环伏安法及荧光光谱法研究了标题配合物与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用。实验结果表明:苦味酸铕配合物与BSA形成1∶1型无荧光复合物Eu(pic)3L-BSA,其荧光猝灭方式表现为静态猝灭,结合位点数为1,作用力类型为氢键和范德华力。A novel of water-soluble phosphorus-containing tripod ligand [ N, N', N"-tri(triethylphosphite) a reduction iminodiace- tic acid phosphate] and its europium complexes has been synthesized and confirmed by IR,TG-DSC,elemental analysis and con- tinuous molar ratio method. The ligands and its rare earth picrate had formed a 1:1 complex( Eu(pic) 3 L). The interacting charac- teristics of the rare earth picrate complexes with BSA have also been investigated by UV-visible spectra, fluorescent spectra and cyclic vohammetry. The experimental results show that the rare earth picrate complexes with BSA have formed a kind of 1 : 1 non- fluorescent complexes Eu(pic) 3 L-BSA. The fluorescence quenching method is static quenching,and there is one binding site be- tween the complexes and the BSA in which the force is hydrogen bonds and van der Waals forces.
