摘 要:介绍了煤矿井下静液压驱动车辆防爆电比例排量控制系统的总体方案及硬件系统的防爆处理措施;通过防爆电比例减压阀输出特性试验,研究控制电压与输出压力的线性函数关系;通过防爆电控泵回摆特性试验,研究泵的回摆特性以及最大扭矩与伺服压力的线性函数关系;根据某防爆发动机台架试验所得的外特性曲线,研究发动机与防爆电控泵的参数匹配,设置合理的目标负荷值,提出基于转速与控制电压函数关系的排量控制策略,并开发了基于PLUS+1GUIDE的电比例排量控制程序;将开发的防爆电比例排量控制系统应用到某支架搬运车上,获得了比机械-液压伺服控制更好的动力和排放性能。The paper introduced the general scheme and hardware system explosion - proof treatment measures of the explosion - proof electric - hydraulic proportional control system of coal mine hydraulic driving vehicle; studied the linear function between the control voltage and the output pressure, through explosion - proof electric - hydraulic proportional pressure reducing valve output characteristics test, and researched the pump characteristics and the linear relationship between the maximum torque and the servo pressure, through the explosion - proof electric control pump characteristics test. According to the engine characteristic curve, the matching of engine and explosion - proof electric control pump was analyzed, reasonable goal load value was set, the closed pump displacement control strategy was proposed based on the function relationship between the rotational speed and voltage control, and the electric -hydraulic proportional displacement control program based on the PLUS + 1GUIDE was developed. The system was applied in a support carrier, obtaining better power and emission performance than with mechanical hydraulic servo control.
