摘　　要：储物盒外部有带孔侧耳、侧板、凸台等结构,底部有沟槽。模具主分型面位于产品底部,带孔侧耳位于前模,采用弹块机构进行内抽芯。产品成型后,沟槽对后模的包紧力很大,采用推块推出机构将产品顶出。The external storage box has the structure of ear plate with a hole, side plate and convex table, and the bottom of the box has trench. Mold parting surface is located at the bottom of product, and ear plate is located at the front mould and is molded by elastic block mechanism. After molding, the clamping force of the groove is strong for the rear die, and the product is ejected by using the block ejecting mechanism.
