摘　　要：随着我国市场经济主体由政府计划转为市场主导,劳动力市场的分割限制了高校毕业生的就业。大学生就业公平问题越来越为社会、政府、高校和学生个人所重视。针对市场分割理论下大学生就业问题,文章通过打破制度壁垒、提升公共服务资源配置、优化经济结构和市场就业结构等措施,促进大学生公平就业。Along with our country market economy main body leaded by the dominance of the market instead of a government plan, labor market segmentation has restricted the employment of college graduates. College Students＇ employment equity issues have been drawn more and more attention by society, government, universities and students. Aiming at the problem of employment of university students under the market segmentation theory, this paper proposes to promote the fair employment of college students by breaking the system barriers, improving public service resource allocation and optimizing the economic structure and market structure.
