血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗视网膜静脉阻塞51例

摘　　要：目的观察血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗视网膜静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法将97例患者随机分为两组,对照组46例,采用注射用纤溶酶溶栓治疗;治疗组51例,采用血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为84.31%、63.04%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效明显高于对照组。结论血府逐瘀汤联合注射用纤溶酶治疗视网膜静脉阻塞是安全、有效的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with injectable fibrinolysin in the treatment of retinal vein occlusion. Methods 97 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group （n=46） was treated with thromboly- sis for injectable fibrinolysin, the treatment group （n=51） was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with injectable fibrinolysin. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 84.31%and 63.04% respectively, with statistical difference （P〈0.05） , the clinical effect of treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu decoction with injectable fibrinolysin is a safe and effective method for the treatment of retinal vein occlusion.
