摘 要:无花果是世界上最古老、也是人类最早栽培的果树之一,具有很高的营养价值。无花果多糖是无花果中的主要活性成分,具有多种生物学功能,如预防疾病、延缓衰老、提高宿主免疫功能、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、抑制肿瘤转移、抗氧化、清除氧自由基等,在食品、医药等领域具有广阔的用前景。此文对无花果多糖的提取分离、纯化及生物活性研究进展进行综述,为无花果多糖的研究提供参考。Ficus carica is one of the oldest and the earliest human cultivated trees in the world, and has high nutritional value. Ficus car-ica polysaccharide is the main active components in Ficus carica and it has a variety of biological functions, such as preventing disease, deferring senescence, improving the immune function of host, inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and metastasis, anti‐oxidant, clearing oxy-gen radicals. Ficus carica polysaccharide has a broad prospect in food, medicine and other field. In this article, a summary of is given the recent research progress in the extraction, separation, characteristics, purification and bioactive are include.
