热奄包促进结肠癌术后胃肠道功能恢复的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨中药热奄包外敷对腹部术后胃肠功能的影响。方法 2013年7月—2014年10月江西中医药大学附属医院普外科80例因结肠癌行手术治疗的住院病人按手术的时间先后顺序依照区组随机化设计原则将患者随机分配到中药热奄包外敷组(简称治疗组)、常规治疗组(简称对照组)。对照组,予以术后常规处理。治疗组,在对照组治疗基础上,采用中药热奄包外敷腹部。术后12小时开始,观察患者术后肠鸣音恢复时间,首次肛门排气、排便时间;测定术后3天胃液引流量。结果治疗组与对照组相比,肠鸣音出现时间、首次肛门排气时间和排便时间均明显提早,差异有统计学意义。治疗组胃液引流量第3天明显减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论中药热奄包外敷腹部能增强腹部术后胃肠动力,加快胃肠功能恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of external application of TCM Hot-cover Packet on gastrointestinal function after abdominal operation. Methods From July 2013 to October 2014 in department of general surgery, Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of tradi- tional Chinese medicine, 80 cases of colorectal cancer patients admitted to the hospital for operation according to the operation time se- quence in accordance with block randomization design principles were randomly assigned to herbal Hot-cover Packet treatment group （treatment group） and conventional treatment group （control group） . The control group was given postoperative conventional treatment. The treatment group, on the basis of therapy of the control group, used Chinese medicine Hot-cover Packet external abdominal. The recov- ery time of bowel sound of the patients, first anal exhaust, and defecate time were observed in 12 hours after operation. The gastric drainage volume of 3 day postoperative was determined. Results The treating group compared with control group, the peristaltic sound ap- peared the first time, anal exhaust time and defecation time were significantly earlier, the difference has statistical significance. The treat- ment group was significantly reduced gastric drainage flow of the third day, there was statistically significant difference compared with the control group. Conclusion The external application of TCM Hot-cover Packet on abdomen external abdominal enhanced abdominal post- operative gastrointestinal motility, and speed up the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
