摘　　要：目的研究人胎盘滋养细胞分离纯化培养及人乳头瘤病毒6型(HPV6)感染后其生物学特性的变化。方法用酶消化法和Percoll密度梯度离心分离培养人胎盘滋养细胞,免疫细胞组化染色鉴定其纯度,以HPV6感染后检测滋养细胞凋亡率。结果获得纯化的滋养细胞,HPV6感染48h后检测其凋亡率为(38.26±6.38)%。结论人乳头瘤病毒6型能感染滋养细胞并诱导其凋亡。Objective To study The separation and purification of human placental trophoblast cells, study the changes of trophoblast cells and its biological characteristics after infection, with human papillomavirus type 6. Methods human trophoblast cells were isolated and cultured with enzyme digestion and Percoll density - gradient centrifugation, identified cell purity with histochemical staining methods, detected the apoptosis rate of HPV infection. Results We harvested puri- fied trophoblast ceils, after infection with HPV6, the apoptosis rate of trophoblast cells was （38.26 ± 6.38） %. Conclu- sions Human papilloma virus type 6 can infect trophoblastic cells and induce apoptosis.
