^(131)I联合唑来膦酸治疗甲状腺癌骨转移临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨131I联合唑来膦酸治疗甲状腺癌骨转移的临床效果。方法选取2010年4月至2014年4月本院收治的100例甲状腺癌骨转移患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组患者给予131I治疗,观察组患者给予131I联合唑来膦酸治疗,比较两组患者治疗后镇痛效果、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者镇痛总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。对照组患者生活质量改善显效18例,有效20例,总有效率为76.0%(38/50);观察组患者生活质量改善显效23例,有效22例,总有效率为90.0%(45/20);观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。对照组患者各不良反应发生率均明显高于观察组,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 131I联合唑来膦酸治疗甲状腺癌骨转移的临床效果显著,减轻患者骨疼痛感,提高其生活质量,且无严重不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical treatment efifcacy of 131I combined zoledronic acid in treating thyroid cancer bone metastasis. Method 100 cases of patients with thyroid cancer bone metastasis admitted to hospital from April 2010 to April 2014 were selected as research subjects, and they were divided into control group and observation group according to different methods of treatment, patients in control group were subject to 131I treatment, patients in observation group were subject to 131I combined zoledronic acid treatment, and analgesic effect, life quality and occurrence of adverse actions of patients in the two groups were compared. Result The total effective rate of patients with analgesia in observation group was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant （P〈0.05）. 18 cases of patients in control group had signiifcant life quality improvement, and 20 patients received effective life quality, the total effective rate was 76.0%（38/50）. 23 cases in observation group had signiifcant life quality improvement, and 22 cases received effective life quality, the total effective rate was 90.0%（45/20）. The total effective rate of patients in observation group was signiifcantly higher than control group, and the difference was signiifcant （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction rate of patients in control group were signiifcantly higher than observation group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion 131I combined zoledronic acid in treating thyroid cancer bone metastasis has a signiifcant clinical efifcacy, it can signiifcantly relieve the bone pain and improve the quality of life without serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion and clinical practices.
