摘　　要：本文考虑一类带灾难的成批到达和成批服务的依赖状态的控制排队模型有效灾难的首次发生时间.首先讨论q-矩阵发生函数的性质,通过发生函数给出有效灾难首次发生时间概率密度函数的Laplace变换的精确表达式、数学期望和方差,并得到了该模型有效灾难首次发生时间的期望的渐近性质.In this paper, we study a Markovian bulk-arrival and bulk-service queues with state-dependent control and catastrophes. Some properties of the generating functions of the corresponding q-matrix are firstly investigated in detail. By using the generating functions, the first effective catastrophe occurrence time is consid- ered, explicit expression for Laplace transform of its probability density function, expectation and variance are obtained. Finally, some asymptotic properties of its expectation are also studied.
