民族地区股权市场引入做市商制度探析

摘　　要：当前各自治区和民族省份相继设立股权交易中心。为活跃市场交易、提高监管效率、促进价格发现、维持交易稳定,应当引入做市商制度。但是,引入做市商制度存在较多困难。因此,建议确定合适的准入、退出标准,建立高效的报价交易机制,推出恰当的成本补偿机制,施行科学的监管调控措施,借鉴新三板和天交所的经验做法,使做市商制度在民族地区股权市场上顺利引入和高效运作。Now autonomous regions and ethnic provinces have set up equity trading center. The market should be introduced into market maker to active transactions, maintain stability, improve supervision efficiency, promote price discovery. But there are many difficulties. We proposed to determine appropriate access and exit criteria, establish efficient quotation transaction and proper cost compensation mechanism, execute scientific regulatory measures and learn from experience dother markets.
