摘  要:从应用较广的24步氢氧反应机理出发,针对微尺度燃烧的使用要求,利用自动简化机理的计算程序删除其中的冗余组分和冗余反应,得出一套7组分12步基元反应的简化机理.同时,对详细机理进行敏感性分析,结合自动简化出的机理,构造了一套8组分17步基元反应的氢氧燃烧的简化机理.这种方法保留了一定工况下的关键组分,减小了误差.最后,利用充分搅拌反应器模型对这套简化机理进行验证.结果表明,17步简化机理与详细机理的温度曲线和组分浓度曲线吻合较好,能应用于微尺度条件下的燃烧.A reduced mechanism consisting of 7-special 12-step elementary reactionsis obtained from the widely used 24-step H2/O2 combustion mechanism according to the requirements of micro-scale combustion. The calculation program of automatic mechanism simplification is applied to delete redundant components and reactions. But this method will lead to the errors in the results by deleting the key components in different reaction systems. Meanwhile, the reduced mechanism consisting of 8-special 17-step elementary reactionsis constructed by combining the automatic simplification method with the sensitivity analysis of the detailed mechanism. This method keeps the key components in a certain condition,thus reducing the errors of simplication. Finally,this reduced mechanism is vertified by the fully mixing reactor model. The results show that the temperature curves and component concentration curves of the reduced mechanism are in good agreement with those of the detailed mechanism,so the reduced mechanism can be applied to micro-scale combustion.
