摘　　要：随着经济和信息技术的发展,信息化已经渗透到社会的各个行业。视频会议作为一种低成本高效率的沟通方式,已经在各行各业广泛应用起来。本文简单介绍了视频会议系统的组成、主要技术标准及常见功能,并对软件视频会议系统和硬件视频会议系统的优缺点进行了对比分析,阐述了视频会议系统的选购原则,对企业如何选择视频会议系统具有参考价值。Along with the development of economy and information technology,information technology has permeated into every sector of society already. Video conference as a cost-effective way of communication, it has been widely used in all walks of life. This article simply recommend the composition of video conference system as well as the common functions of major technical standard, describes its selection principle basic on making an analysis in regard to the merit and weakness of software and hardware parts which is with high value about how to choose the video conference system.
