摘　　要：以英国国家职业标准指导体系下PEOPLE’S 1ST开发的酒店人力资源招聘与选拔标准为杠杆,结合BTEC酒店大纲,开发酒店专业单元课程,以工作过程为导向进行教学实践,实现行业需求与高职人才培训的有机结合。Taking the UK national occupation standard as benchmark to develop a specific hospitality major unit. By strategically link the recruitment and selection standard with the classroom practices, this paper is trying to explore the mechanism between the industrial demand and the graduates supply.
