摘　　要：儿童家具是儿童生活中的好伙伴,为儿童设计具有传统文化元素的儿童家具是让儿童了解传统文化的好办法。首先论述了中国传统文化的内涵及与儿童家具设计之间的重要关系,并在此基础上剖析了中国传统文化在儿童家具设计中的运用。希望家具行业多设计具有传统文化元素的儿童家具,让儿童潜移默化地接受传统文化的熏陶和教育。Children＇s furniture is the children＇s partner in their life. It is a good way for the children to under-stand the chinese traditional culture via the children＇s furniture with traditional cultural elements. This paper first-ly discusses the important relationship between connotation of the traditional culture and children＇s furniture de-sign. Then the application of Chinese traditional culture to children＇s furniture design is deeply discussed from two aspects in order to promote furniture industry to design children＇s furniture with traditional cultural elements, which helps the children to be cultivated by the traditional culture.
