摘　　要：加强基层服务型党组织建设,是建设学习型、服务型、创新型马克思主义执政党的基础工程。与现代学徒制实践探索有效契合,凸显基层服务型党组织建设中的服务功能和创新性,是高职院校基层服务型党组织建设的落脚点。本文通过两者之间的联系和跨度研究,寻找两者有效契合的途径。T he enhancement of the basic-level service-oriented party organization is the base for creating a learning ,service-oriented and innovative Marxist governing party .Its combination with the practical exploration of the modern apprenticeship can show the service excellence and innovation in the party organization ,then being a standpoint of developing a basic-level service-oriented party organization .This essay focuses on understanding the relationship of the two points and finding a way out for the most effective combination .
