摘 要:针对永磁同步电机直接转矩控制(PMSM DTC)系统,提出转矩闭环控制系统的泰勒级数一阶近似线性化设计方法,实现系统全速运行。详细给出转矩闭环控制系统的线性化计算方法,并按照典型二阶系统设计方案得到转矩调节器参数,满足系统控制性能要求。采用最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制及弱磁控制实现电机恒转矩和恒功率区域下的定子磁链动态给定。实验结果表明,该系统不仅速度响应快、跟踪准确,同时抗扰性能好、系统效率更加优化。The linearization design method of torque closed-loop control system using Taylor series first-order approxi- mation was proposed to control PMSM to realize full speed range operation of direct torque control (DTC) system. The linearization calculating method of torque closed-loop control system was given in detail. The parameters of torque regulator obtained by typical design scheme of second-order system can meet requirements of control system performance. The dy- namic setting of stator flux under constant torque and constant power region obtained by MTPA and field weakening control. The experiment results demonstrate that PMSM DTC system can assure the system of fast response speed, accurate tracking, better antidisturbance performance and higher system efficiency.
