摘  要:目的通过对QuEChERS法的改进,建立QuEChERS-气相色谱质谱法检测蔬菜中的34种农药残留的方法。方法通过对提取方法、酸度、盐析试剂、净化试剂等条件因素的改变来分别处理20种蔬菜,并对其中34种农药残留的进行检测。结果方法中各组分的相关系数在0.995 4~0.999 8之间,线性范围为0.5~5.0μg/ml,检出限在0.005~0.025 mg/kg之间,加标回收率在75.7%~112.5%之间,相对标准偏差均在13%以内。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于蔬菜中大部分农药残留的测定。Objective By improving QuEChERS method to establish the QuEChERS -gaschromatographic mass spectrometry (QuEChERS - GC/MS ) to detect 34 kinds of pesticide residues in vegetables. Methods Through ad)usting the extraction method, acidity, purification reagents etc. , 34 kinds of pesticide residues in 20 kinds of vegetables were detected. Results The coefficient ranged in 0. 9954 - 0. 9998 ; the detection limits ranged in 0. 005 -0. 025mg/kg; the average recovery rate ranged in 75.7% - 112. 5%. The linearity ranged in 0. 5 -5.0/xg/ml and the RSD were within 13%. Conclusion With characteristics of simple, accurate and well ruggedness, this method is suitable for determination of pesticide residues in vegetables.
