摘 要:扯根菜为苗族传统药物,是目前生产治疗各种肝炎制剂的重要原料,具有较高的经济价值,其主要有效成分为槲皮素和没食子酸。本试验选择高效液相色谱法同时测定扯根菜中没食子酸和槲皮素的含量,并对扯根菜不同部位、不同生育时期的没食子酸和槲皮素进行比较,建立了HPLC同时测定扯根菜中没食子酸和槲皮素的方法。研究结果表明,扯根菜不同部位没食子酸和槲皮素质量分数不同,没食子酸质量分数花果最高,根和叶次之,茎最低;槲皮素质量分数为根最高、花果和叶次之,茎最低。在扯根菜生育期90-165d内,没食子酸和槲皮素质量分数均随生育期的推移而逐渐下降,生育期越晚,质量分数越低,且没食子酸质量分数和槲皮素质量分数间呈极显著正相关关系。因此,确定扯根菜的叶为主要采收部位,苗期作为主要采收时期。Penthorum chinese Pursh as traditional medicine of miao nationality is one of the important raw material for various hepatitis agents, has high economic value. Its main effective components are gallic acid and quercetin. We established a method for simultaneously determination of gallic acid and quercetin by HPLC. The gallic acid and quercetin content in P. chinese Pur^h of different positions and different growth stages were compared. The content of gallic acid and quereetin is different in different positions of P. chinese Pursh. The content of gallic acid is highest in flower and fruit, the second is root and leaf, the lowest is stem. The content of quercetin in root is the highest, the second is flower, fruit and leaf, The lowest is stem. The content of gallic acid and quercetin gradually decreased within the growth period of 90 to 165 day of P. chinese Pursh and the content gallic acid and quercetin has a significantly positive correla- tion. Leaf should he the main harvested position; seedling stage should be the main harvest period.
