摘  要:本文以19个不同花色的滇山茶(Camellia reticulata Lindl.)野生植株为材料,研究滇山茶的花色类型与细胞内环境之间的关系。结果表明,通过CIE L*a*b*表色系法测定花瓣颜色,花色不同的19个样品的花色可划分为白色、浅粉色、粉色和红色4种类型;随着滇山茶花色从浅粉色到红色的加深,花瓣细胞内p H值和蛋白质含量呈逐渐下降、可溶性糖含量呈逐渐增加的变化趋势;在相同花色型群体中,也表现出相似的变化趋势。本研究结果对揭示滇山茶的花色形成机理具有重要意义。The relationship between flower color and the intracellular environment in nineteen acces- sions of Camellia reticulata Lindl. was discussed. The results showed that the flower colors of C. reticulata was measured by CIE L* a * b * and divided into four color types, as white ( W), pale Pink (PP), pink (P) and red (R). The pH and content of soluble protein were decreased, but the content of soluble sugar was increased with the flower colors of C. reticulata were changed from pale pink to pink to red. It is important significance to reveal the mechanism of flower color formation for C. reticulata.
