漳州茶叶产业现状与发展对策

摘　　要：漳州是福建省产茶历史悠久的地级市之一,茶叶产业在推动漳州经济发展过程中占有重要地位。本文针对近年漳州茶产业竟争力不足的现象,从政府重视、项目支撑、茶品种结构调整、规范种植技术认证与培训、茶叶加工机械的推广、茶产业市场的培育、存在问题等方面分析漳州茶产业发展现状,提出几点发展对策供参考。Zhangzhou City has a long history of tea culture in Fujian province. Tea industry plays an improtant role in enhancing economic growth in Zhangzhou City. Aiming at lower competitiveness tea industry in Zhangzhou City, the paper analyzed status of of tea industry in Zhangzhou City with repest to government articulating, proposal support, variety structure, standardized authentication and training of planting techniques, extension of tea processing machine, tea market booming and existing problems. Moreover, some strategies were also proposed for reference of tea industry in Zhangzhou City.
