摘　　要：党的十八大和十八届三中全会中有关生态文明建设思想,彰显了中共中央对生态文明建设的高度重视、真抓实干与坚强决心。大学生作为中国特色社会主义现代化建设事业的接班人和主力军,在生态文明建设中担负着不可推卸的责任。提升大学生生态文明素质是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的迫切需求;是应对当代中国生态危机的必然选择;是人自由而全面发展的内在要求。但大学生的环保意识从观念认知到自觉行为都不容乐观,表现在大学生海洋环保知识缺乏、自身的海洋环保素养不高,以及对海洋环境保护责任意识薄弱。最后,从知、情、信、行四个层面,提出大学生要做到真学、真懂、真信、真用,成为生态文明建设的先知先觉者、真诚拥护者、积极传播者、模范践行者。The thought of building ecology civilization proposed in the 18th Party Congress and the Third Session of the 18th CPC Central Party Committee is of great importance toecology civilization construction. College students as the successors and the mainstreamof socialism with Chinese characteristics taking the responsibility for constructing ecology civilization. Their sense of ecology civilization is the basic requirement for the renaissance of China and the Chinese dream and for contemporary ecological crisis. But college students＇ sense of environment protection and their consciousness of responsibility are not optimistic, in that they are lack of sense and self-knowledge of marine environmental protection. This paper suggests that college students should be the forerunners, thesupporters and the advocates of the ecological protection in knowledge, emotion, trust and practice.
