摘　　要：目的:探讨绞股蓝皂苷对非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝纤维化及肝功能的影响。方法:将180例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各90例,对照组给予肝得健治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用绞股蓝皂苷辅助治疗,治疗周期为1个月。结果:治疗组总显效率为94.4%,对照组总显效率为77.8%,治疗组总显效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清ALT、AST、GGT、HA、LN和C-Ⅳ值均明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的ALT、AST、HA、LN和C-Ⅳ值均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组的恶心、疼痛、食欲不振、肝脾肿大评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:绞股蓝皂苷辅助治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病能有效降低肝功能恶化与肝纤维化趋势,缓解临床症状,从而提高总体预后。Objective： To investigate the effects of Gypenoside on the liver function and fibrosis of the patients with non-al- coholic fatty liver disease. Method： The 180 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each 90 cases. The control group received conventional drug GanDeJian, and the treatment group were additional given Gypenoside, and the treatment period was one month. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.4%, and the control group was 77.8%, the efficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the serum ALT, AST, GGT, HA, LN and C-IV levels of the 2 groups were significantly lower than pre-therapy （P〈0.05）, the serum ALT, AST, GGT, HA, LN and C-IV levels of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, and the nausea, pain, toss of appetite, liver and spleen enlargement and other symptoms scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Gypenoside can effectively reduce the deterioration trend of liver function and liver fibrosis, relieve symptoms, and improve the overall prognosis.
