摘　　要：轻武器射击实战化训练改革是我军院校面临的紧迫任务。通过梳理分析美、俄军校轻武器射击训练的内容和具体组织实施过程,总结出其实战化训练的特点,并从装备发展、场地设置、组织实施、考核标准等方面为我军院校轻武器射击训练实战化改革提供参考。The reform of warfighting-oriented light weapons shooting training is an urgent challenge faced by our military academies. The article summarizes the characteristics of the warfighting-oriented light weapons shooting training in the US and Russian military academies through analyzing the training content and detailed process of organizing, and provides references for our military academies in terms of equipment development, field arrangement, organizing and evaluation.
