摘　　要：恩格尔哈特将持有不同道德前提的人称为"道德异乡人"。中国传统社会的诚信观念,其应用范围为"道德朋友"。"道德异乡人"问题构成传统信用关系的现代困境。在分析现代社会"道德异乡人"关系的"特殊性"、"松散"以及"中层社群组织缺失"问题的基础上,提出"根基传统文化""加强刚性制度建设""推动社群组织发挥积极作用"三项构建"道德异乡人"信用关系的对策。people with different moral preconditions are called “moral strangers” by H.Tristram En-gelhardt .Traditionally , the conception of credibility was applied among “moral friends”, while it is now used among “moral strangers” which confused us a lot in the modern society .Therefore the thesis will analyze the problem in three aspects：the special and loose relationship between ‘moral strangers’and the lack of commu-nity organization from middle class and also propose three construction Strategies including temping the tradi -tional culture ,strengthening the construction of rigid system and promoting the positive effect of community or -ganization .
