康莱特联合螺旋断层放疗对乳腺癌骨转移患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨康莱特注射液联合螺旋断层放疗对乳腺癌骨转移患者的治疗效果。方法选择62例乳腺癌骨转移患者,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用螺旋断层放疗治疗骨转移,同时给予患者康莱特注射液辅助治疗;对照组患者仅行螺旋断层放疗。结果观察组生活质量提高率(83.9%),疼痛缓解率(93.5%),白细胞降低率(38.7%)及食欲减退情况发生率(32.3%)均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康莱特联合螺旋断层放疗有效提高乳腺癌骨转移患者的生活质量,缓解癌性疼痛,降低放疗副反应发生率。Objective To discuss the effect of Kanglaite injection combined with tomotherapy for the treatment of bone metastases of breast cancer. Methods We chose 62 cases who suffered from breast cancer with bone metastases. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and were used tomotherapy. Intravenous Kanglaite injection 100 ml / d was only performed at the same time in the observation group. After treatment each group had left 31 patients,than we evaluated the curative effect of the two groups of patients. Results Compared to patients in the control group,patients in the observation group showed a significant increase in the quality of life and the pain relief（ P〈0. 05）,and also a lower hematological toxicity and loss of appetite（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Kanglaite injection combined with tomotherapy is remarkable for bone metastases of breast cancer patients.
