摘 要:民营企业的劳资关系已经成为当今中国社会关系的主题。建立和谐的劳资关系是民营企业及工人发展的现实需要。民营企业中的资方能否自觉地改善劳资关系决定着劳资关系能否达到和谐。以人为本的企业经营理念是民营企业中的资方自觉地改善劳资关系的精神动力,建立道德管理模式则是民营企业中资方自觉改善劳资关系的实现途径,建立家庭友好式工作场所则是民营企业中资方未来努力的方向。The labor- capital relationship in private enterprises has nowadays become the theme of social relationships in China. For the development of private enterprises and workers, it is necessary in reality to build harmo- nious labor - capital relationship. Whether the employer in private enterprises can consciously improve the labor - capital relationship will decide the realization of its harmonious relationship. People oriented ideas for the enterprises' management will become the intellectual impetus for employers in private enterprises to consciously improve the labor - capital relationship, setting up the management model of morality will be the route to realize improvement of labor - capital relationship in private enterprises, and the working places built like friendly families will be the direction for employers to make efforts in the future.
