女大学生性别角色冲突现象调查与对策——以成都高校为例

摘　　要：性别角色冲突是影响女性身心健康发展的重要因素,而国内对女大学生群体性别角色冲突的研究却很少。用自编的具有较高信效度的《女大学生性别角色冲突问卷》对成都市5所高校573名女大学生进行调查,发现不同年级的女大学生的性别角色冲突水平不存在显著差异,而不同生源地的女大学生性别角色冲突水平存在显著差异,独生女和非独生女的性别角色冲突水平存在显著差异。因此,在对她们进行心理健康教育时应关注其性别角色冲突特点,开展积极心理学取向的教育,引导她们正确认识自身的问题,并对其进行分类指导、重点帮扶,同时还要鼓励男性参与到女性的性别角色教育中来,使女大学生正确认识性别角色冲突现象并接纳灵活的性别角色观。The gender role conflict is an important factor that influences the physical and mental development of females. However, studies on the gender role conflict of the female undergraduate students are scarce. A total of 600 female undergraduates in Chengdu were assessed with the questionnaire of ＂Gender Role Conflict among the Female College Students＂. The results display remarkable differences in the gender role conflict in the female undergraduate students of different origins and from families with different number of children while no obvious difference in grades. Therefore, we suggest to pay attention to the characteristics of gender role conflict in female students, guiding and helping them in various forms to get the female undergraduates to understand gender role conflict and to accept the flexibility of the gender role.
