摘　　要：目前,很多研究已经证实多种肿瘤中存在肿瘤干细胞(CSCs)。与其相关的基础研究如CSCs的特性、起源及其在抗肿瘤药物研究领域的作用成为当今研究的热点。本文将简要综述肿瘤干细胞及其在抗肿瘤药物研究方面作用的现状。Cancer stem cells （CSCs） have been identified in a variety of tumors. Basic researches, such as the characteristics associated with.CSCs, the origin and role of research in the field of anticancer drugs are becoming hotspots. The current review was about the latest developments of CSCs and their potential use in the oncology drug studying process.
