MCM2与Cx43蛋白在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的表达和临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨MCM2、Cx43蛋白在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma,NHL)中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化(SP法)检验60例NHL及20例反应性增生淋巴结(reactive hyperplasia of lymph node,RH)中微小染色体维持蛋白2(MCM2)、连接蛋白43(Cx43)蛋白的表达情况,结合临床病理资料进行统计分析。结果 MCM2、Cx43在NHL组织中的阳性表达率分别是86.67%(50/60)和20.00%(12/60),MCM2在NHL组织中的阳性表达率86.67%高于对照组25.00%差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Cx43在NHL组织中的阳性表达率20.00%低于对照组60.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。MCM2的表达与恶性程度、临床分期及Ki-67水平有正相关(P<0.05),Cx43的表达与恶性程度有负相关(P<0.05)。MCM2与Cx43的表达彼此无明显相关性(r=-0.05,P=0.80)。结论 MCM2、Cx43蛋白的异常表达与NHL的恶性程度有关,联合检测MCM2、Cx43蛋白可为NHL的临床诊断和治疗提供参考。Objective To investigate the expression of MCM2 and Cx43 in non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma and its clinical significance. Methods The expression of MCM2 and Cx43 were detected in the tissues of 60 patients with NHL as well as 20 reactive hyperplasia of lymphnode by immunohistochemistry（SP method）, and the results were analyzed with clinical and pathologic data. Results Positive expression rates of MCM2 and Cx43 in NHL were 86.67%（50/60） and 20.00%（12/60）,respectively. Positive expression rate of MCM2 86.67% in NHL was higher than that 25.0% in the control group（P0.01）. But positive expression rate of Cx43 20.00% in NHL was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. There were correlations between MCM2 expression with tumor histopathologic classification, Ann-Arbor clinical stage and Ki-67（P0.05）. The Cx43 expression showed negative correlation with tumor histopathologic classification（P〈0.05）. There was no correlation between expression of MCM2 and Cx43 in NHL（r =-0.05, P =0.80）. Conclusion The abnormal expression of MCM2 and Cx43 was related with the tumor histopathologic classification of NHL. The combined detection of MCM2 and Cx43 provided a reference for diagnosis and treatment of NHL.
