摘 要:采用手动变速器的车型在车辆起步时,需要踩踏离合器踏板,进行动力传递实现起步。普通离合器在平路起步或半坡起步时油门与离合器控制不当容易导致车辆熄火甚至后溜的问题。介绍一种自动离合器,运用模糊控制技术进行离合器自动控制,实现不需要用脚踩踏离合器踏板、驾驶员只需控制油门就可以完成车辆起步。对多模控制方法进行了研究,针对缓慢起步、正常起步和急速起步3种状态进行了试验,结果证明:采用模糊控制技术实现离合器自动控制是可行的。When the vehicle with manual transmission starts, it needs to actuate the clutch pedal, for power transmission to achieve start- ing. Improper control to accelerator and clutch will result vehicle flameout even after-running problems when level road starting or ramp starting, A kind of automatic clutch was introduced, fuzzy control technology was used to realize clutch automatic control, so the driver only needed to control the accelerator to complete the vehicle starting, not need to tread the clutch pedal. The multi-mode control method was studied. The three states, including slow start, normal start and rapid starting, were tested. The results show that using the fuzzy control technology to real- ize the automatic clutch control is feasible.
